Fees And Account Terms 2025/6
The following charges are applied for services supplied to client for Education Services and Consulting. Please note that all fees will incur VAT at 25% where applicable. For foreign engagements please search for current mid-term exchange rate. Fees may be negotiable, please ask for quote in advance and please read Account Terms at the bottom of the page thoroughly.

Account Terms
· Invoice payments due upon receipt of invoice.
· All Invoices for trainings outside of Europe are issued 21 days prior to travel and full payment expected within 10 days of issuance.
· Any outstanding payments have charges levied at 10% of invoice total per day outstanding beyond 10 days of invoice receipt.
· We supply all invoices are prepared and submitted to client by email in .pdf format
· Any other Account arrangements are to be determined and agreed 21 days prior to engagement commencement
· All charges are within Sweden in SEK unless otherwise specified. All foreign engagements are charged in SEK equivalent charged at the official current mid- market rate on date of invoice production (and annotated therein).
· The client accepts all bank charges/ costs incurred in transferring payment.

Acceptance of Quote and Account Terms
Clients accepting Quotes and our Account Terms should notify us by email. Once agreed and modified where necessary, we ask you sign and return a copy to us by email.
Insurance
Course Conveners are responsible for adequate insurance for the duration of events where we are hired in.
